What preloading means
Preloading lets you download the game before launch so it unlocks at midnight on release day. For GTA VI, physical editions contain download codes only — no disc — so digital preload matters for everyone.
What to prepare
Clear storage space (exact size unknown — see Download Size page), pre-order before the preload window to be queued automatically, and check your network. We will publish the verified date and size the moment sources confirm them.
